Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor who rose to the limelight after her appearance as the Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. Barbara recorded a major role in Always and Forever a movie that was aired on the Hallmark Channel which aired multiple times in 2009. On the road she hosted shows of Ballroom with a Twist the innovative new series that features dancing and emcees who rotate with celebrities from Dancing with the Stars. Barbara was also a character in Lifetime's Army Wives TV show. She guest-starred ABC's George Lopez, enacted in Sabrina The Teenage Witch, toured the country in Neil Simon's female version The Odd Couple. In 2012, Barbara played on stage in The New Theatre situated in Kansas City Missouri in the stage production Social Security which had a three-month run in Jacksonville Florida in summer of 2014.
